Cetherial privacy policy

Effective November 7, 2026. This policy covers the standalone iPhone app published by Ce2 Technologies, not the separate Web demonstration.

Conversations stay on your device

Typed dialogue is processed on your device. Cetherial stores its Field, conversation history, settings and logs locally. The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking or a developer-operated service that receives your conversations.

Optional speech input

Dictation uses Apple’s speech recognition service. Audio may be sent to Apple for recognition; on-device-only recognition is not enforced. Recognized text appears in the input box for your review. Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions can be managed in iOS Settings.

Backups and deletion

App data may be included in device backups according to your Apple backup settings. Ce2 Technologies does not receive these backups.

The dialogue trash button deletes conversation history without resetting the Field. Dialogue entries older than 24 hours are automatically removed during normal app use. Logs are separate and can be cleared through the log controls. Cold Start replaces accumulated Field state but retains settings and conversation history. Deleting the app removes its local app container; copies previously exported or stored in backups are managed separately.

Sharing and support

Copying dialogue or logs places the selected content on the system clipboard. If you choose to email support, we receive your email address and the information you send. Share only what you intend us to receive.

We use support emails to resolve your requests and retain them only as needed for support or legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing cetherial@ce2tech.com.
